Since these are downloadable and non-returnable, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if a product is defective or not functioning as described, we will review the case and provide a fix or replacement.

Custom Development Services

Refunds for custom work are not available once work has started. If a project is cancelled before work begins, a partial refund may be considered depending on the situation.

Service-Based Work

Any service or consultation fees are non-refundable once the session or work has been delivered.

Project Delays
