Task: Sef wanted to create a set of Adobe Photoshop plugins based on his own workflow ideas. The goal was to make life easier for his community and deliver tools that felt natural to any Photoshop user.
Solution: We developed a suite of four Adobe Photoshop plugins designed for both Windows and macOS. Each plugin was built to simplify retouching, speed up repetitive tasks, and offer a smooth cross platform experience. The project focused on automation, UI clarity, and overall workflow optimisation for everyday creatives and professional retouchers.

Task: The client was struggling to manage incoming installation requests and complaint tickets. Seasonal demand made the situation worse and the mostly manual workflow created delays, human errors, and constant phone calls from both dealers and support teams.
Solution: We built a central web admin panel and two connected web applications. Dealers and technical partners now manage and update their own requests directly on the platform. The system improved process tracking, reduced manual workload, and created a reliable workflow for customer support automation. Phone calls related to installation and service requests dropped by nearly ninety five percent.
